Chalet Villa Bianca is a superb urban villa with a contemporary design, located 5 minutes from the village of St-Alphonse-Rodriguez offering access to the L’Assomption River (just 1 min. by car at the bottom of the mountain). You also have access to a small private beach for swimming where 2 kayaks are provided. This is the only contemporary villa on the estate with an incredible view of the surrounding beauty. The Villa is located on a 45,000 sq. ft. wooded lot which makes it a very peaceful place. Hot tub & outdoor dry sauna included (available all year round). Note that a new private heated outdoor pool is now available for the Summer season 2023 (open from June 1st to the end of September).

With 16 ft. floor-to-ceiling windows, the Chalet Villa Bianca offers a breathtaking view of the mountains. The two-storey villa has two bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people very comfortably. 

Chalet Villa Bianca has an independent air conditioning system on each floor. Unlimited high speed Wi-Fi (Starlink) connection is included. The chalet is protected by an alarm system connected to a central monitoring station and a camera system at the entrance. Chalet Villa Bianca is heated by electric baseboards with an air exchanger.

  • At garden level

    At garden level, you will find a cloakroom in the entrance, a comfortable living room with HD TV (Bell Express Vu and Blu-Ray player) and a sound system with Bluetooth to listen to your favorite music.

    In the living room, there are two sofas that convert into two single beds (extra bed ideal for children). A large open concept kitchen with a monumental white quartz island overlooks the large dining room with panoramic views on the mountains. The kitchen is equipped with Keurig and Nespresso coffee machines (small capsules).

    On this main floor, you will also find a large closed bedroom with a King size bed and a Queen size bed on the mezzanine, making it ideal for families with children. All bedding is pure cotton and the duvets are synthetic (hypoallergenic). Every room offers a spectacular view of the surrounding nature. On this level, you will also find a bathroom with shower and a laundry room with washer and dryer.

    Upstairs, a large master suite with King size bed and a full bathroom (freestanding bath and glass shower) offers the perfect place to unwind. In addition, a private balcony provides you with an incredibly spectacular view of the mountains.

    All bedding is pure cotton and the duvets are synthetic (hypoallergenic). 

  • Exterior Layout

    Available at all times, you will find a large outdoor terrace with a 6-seater hot tub and an 8-seater outdoor dry sauna (ideal for deep relaxation), a propane barbecue (available and functional year round) as well as an outdoor fireplace for the outdoors (firewood: starter kit provided, bring your newspaper, kindling wood and any additional logs you plan to use). From June 1st to the the last weekend of September, a private heated pool is available at Chalet Villa Bianca.

    During the Summer time, the terrace also offers an outdoor dining area with a panoramic view of the valley, with a sofa sheltered by a retractable canvas gazebo (available from May to October).

    The landscaping offers parking for four cars. It is strongly recommended to get to the chalet with a AWD vehicle in Winter, because although the chalet is very well cleared of snow and accessible at all times in Winter, it is located at the top of a small mountain and its access path is sloping.

  • «Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans le chalet Villa Blanca. Nous y étions 2 amies et y avons passées 2 nuits. Les lits sont très confortables et le design du chalet autant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur est très réussit. Malheureusement pour nous la température n'était pas de notre côté mais nous avons quand même pu profiter du spa et des beaux endroits pour marcher. Nos points (+) : Le spa, la vue avec les grandes fenêtres, le système de son bluetooth, la tranquillité, le confort, le design et la qualité des équipements. Le service et suivi toujours courtois et très rapide du propriétaire. Le garde-manger garnis d'aliment de base pour dépanner. La quantité et variété de vaisselle disponibles. Nos points (-) : Le ménage laissait à désirer. La cafétière et la Nespresso n'avait pas été nettoyer avant notre arrivée (restant de vieux café) et des poubelles non-vidés. Suggestions : Ajouter une tablette ou table de chevet dans la chambre du bas, il n'y aucun endroit ou déposer nos objets outre le plancher. (lunettes, cellulaires). Peut-être aussi ajouter des pinces et une louche dans les ustensiles de cuisine, nous n'en avons pas vu. En résumé, nous avons passé un agréable moment et nous recommandons à tous ! »

  • «Nous venons de passer une semaine paradisiaque au chalet de Nicolas à Sainte Béatrix. Le chalet était impeccable à notre arrivée et était situé dans un petit coin de paradis tranquille. Nous en avons immédiatement fait notre maison pendant 7 jours. Le chalet a tout ce dont vous avez besoin et Nicolas est si rapide à répondre que vous n'avez à vous soucier de rien. Le sauna était le meilleur sauna que nous ayons jamais eu le luxe d'utiliser et le bain à remous était parfait le soir. Il y a beaucoup de sentiers de randonnée et d'exploration dans la région, ce qui en fait des vacances très actives. Les lits sont extrêmement confortables et la cuisine a tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Nous souhaitons que nous vivions plus près et reviendrons encore et encore. Dès que j'ai interrogé Nicolas sur deux petites choses, il était au chalet pour s'en occuper (juste le recyclage étant plein et je voulais juste vérifier une partie du bain à remous). Booking Policy
  1. Base rate and additional fees:
    1. The base rate is for 4 people or less (additional fee of $50 per night per add person in low season or $100 per night per add person in high season).
    2. A cleaning fee of $150 applies for all rentals.
    3. We accept pets (maximum of 2 pets per rental) but an additional fee of $ 100 per pet applies for the hypoallergenic cleaning upon departure.
  2. Minimum stay:
    1. A minimum of 2 nights applies at all times.
    2. We do not accept daily rentals.
  3. Weekends:
    1. Weekend rentals are usually from Friday to Sunday (or Thursday to Sunday or Friday to Monday).
    2. No arrivals or departures are allowed on Saturdays.
  4. Number of persons:
    1. Customers agree to respect the number of persons mentioned in the rental agreement.
    2. Strict monitoring of the number of occupants is applied onsite. A penalty of $150 per night will be deducted from the security deposit for anyone not declared on the rental agreement.
  5. Payment formalities:
    1. A 50% reservation deposit by credit card is required when booking on our website in order to block the dates in the rental calendar and secure your reservation.
    2. The balance payment is due 15 days before your arrival date, either by e-Interac transfer (no fee) or by credit card (4% admin fee).
    3. A reimbursable security deposit of $ 1 000 will be temporarily frozen on your credit card 48hr before your arrival date and released on your credit card within 24hr/48hr of your departure, if no damage is found and the cottage is returned to the same condition as on arrival.
  6. Other applicable fees:
    1. A 4% admin fee applies to payments by credit card.
    2. A bank fee of $ 50 applies for international bank transfers.
  7. Arrival and departure times for Chalet Villa Bianca:
    1. Check-in is after 6pm.
    2. Check-out is at 1pm.
Cottage rules

Please note the cottage rules that apply to all participants:

1. It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the cottage at all times. Smoking outside is allowed;

2. For security reason but also to respect the serenity of the neighborhood and to preserve our sanitary installations, we expect the renters to respect the number of persons specified in the rental agreement at all times.

3. For obvious security reasons, the use of fireworks is strictly forbidden at all times;

4. No excessive sound is allowed outside the cottage or on the deck after 10pm;

5. Outdoor fires are only allowed in the covered firepit;

6. The use of tents, RVs or any other camping installation is strictly forbidden onsite;

7. We are not responsible for any accident in the cottage, in the hot tub, around the cottage or at the river;

8. Any subrental is totally forbidden;

9. Guests are expected to prevent excessive noise after 10pm;

By booking directly on our website or through our different plateforms, you are deemed to have read and agreed to comply with these rules, as well as all the other participants of your group. In case of non respect by the guests of any of those rules, we will not hesitate to retain the whole security deposit.

Chalet Villa Bianca is located on the territory of the Municipality of Sainte-Béatrix, in Lanaudière, just 1 hour from Montreal.

Please note that rue du Sommet in Ste-Béatrix is ​​part of a new eco-touristic development (Domaine de la Seigneurie du Moulin). Be careful: GPS devices sometimes still do not recognize it and give you wrong directions. So to avoid any inconvenience, we advise you to print the itinerary provided to you.

In Winter: the cottage is located on a small mountain on the edge of a cliff, so we advise you to opt for an AWD vehicle (4 wheel drive) or a SUV during the winter months. Make sure your vehicle is equipped with snow tires and that you have Traction-Aid (if needed) with you.
